Meet Edwards Realty Team

At Edwards Realty, we believe real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a life moment. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating to Western North Carolina, investing, or preparing to sell, our team is here to guide you with clarity, care, and confidence.

Led by Tatyana Edwards, a trusted local expert with over 18 years of experience, Edwards Realty is built on relationships, not volume. We take a boutique approach—intentionally working with a limited number of clients so each person receives personalized attention, strategic guidance, and strong advocacy every step of the way.

What Makes Us Different

We are more than agents—we are your partners, advisors, and local connection.

  • Personalized Experience
No two clients are the same. We take time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and vision, tailoring every step of the process to you.
  • Clear Communication
We simplify the process, explain each step, and ensure you always feel informed and confident in your decisions.
